Transport for London (TfL) has apologised to a lady who was dragged alongside a platform after getting her hand caught in practice doorways.
The passenger had tried to board the practice – a London Overground service – at Wooden Road Station in Walthamstow, northeast London, on 14 January when the incident occurred.
