A search and rescue canine has been discovered protected and sound after going lacking for nearly every week in a wooded space exterior Norwich.
Juno a search canine with Norfolk Lowland Search and Rescue, disappeared on Tuesday, December 21, whereas on a coaching train in Fritton Wooden, close to St Olaves on the Norfolk Broads.
A big-scale search and social media attraction was rapidly launched, with 65 searchers and 20 assist members from various search and rescue groups lending their providers, together with personnel from Kent Buckinghamshire and Cambridgeshire.
The feminine German Shorthaired Pointer was ultimately noticed by a drone workforce on Monday morning near the place she was final seen.
After rapidly being reunited together with her handler and workforce, Juno was taken to a vet to be checked over.
Norfolk Lowland Search and Rescue mentioned in an announcement on Fb: “We’re happy to announce that she is in nice spirits and has been checked over. Her paws are barely sore however she is now on her means again house.
“We wish to thank all those that shared the submit, over 7,500 shares and (it) reached over 500,000 individuals.”
